A Probiotic Condiment!

Our sugar-free and vegan srirachas are pretty magical and here’s why: The foundation is our kimchi recipe. To those ingredients, we add new veggies like fresno peppers, extra garlic, and tomatillos. We ferment the batch as we would our kimchi, puree it all, and then add it to squirt bottles. That’s it! These fermented hot sauces contain no added sugars and no processed ingredients —- just fermented veggies with 35 to 60 billion CFU’s per bottle, complex flavors, and all-natural probiotic goodness.
