Superfood Salad Recipe

Sausage, Kraut and Potatoes

Bratwurst and sauerkraut with wildbrine kraut

Put 2 TBSP oil and 1 TBSP butter in large sauté pan. Add onions and sauté until soft and translucent. Add bratwurst and caraway seeds. Slowly braise bratwurst and onions until brown. Add the Garlic & Dill Sauerkraut, sauté over low heat for 20-30 minutes, uncovered. Serve with mustard sauce.
