Superfood Salad Recipe

Mix together all ingredients in a medium bowl.  Heat  oil in sauté pan and spoon a heaping tablespoon  of mixture into the pan.  Cook on both sides until golden brown.   Serve with either applesauce or sour cream.

Mix Sauerkraut with shredded carrot, red onion, and apple; add some fresh ground pepper and toss.
