Superfood Salad

Easy to find ingredients make this Superfood salad a probiotic and protein-rich staple that you can throw together any night of the week. Just leave out the chicken to make it vegetarian!


1 cup of organic spinach
1 cup of organic romaine
1 chicken breast, shredded
1/4 cup broccoli sprouts
2 TBSP wildbrine Organic Red Kraut
2 TBSP raw pumpkin seeds
1 tsp black sesame seeds
Handful of shredded carrots
Juice of one lemon
Dash of olive oil


Combine all ingredients into a large bowl and toss with lemon juice and olive oil. Serve and enjoy!
