Easy to find ingredients make this superfood salad a probiotic- and protein-rich staple that you can throw together any night of the week with any of wildbrine’s krauts. 1 c. of organic spinach
1 c. of organic romaine
1 chicken breast, shredded
1/4 c. broccoli sprouts
2 Tbsp. wildbrine Organic Red Kraut
2 Tbsp. raw pumpkin seeds
1 tsp. black sesame seeds
Handful of shredded carrots
Juice of one lemon
Dash of olive oil
15 minutes
Serves 2
Combine all ingredients into a large bowl and toss with lemon juice and olive oil. Serve and enjoy.
