Chicken and Kraut Stir Fry Recipe

A weeknight, time-saving stir fry recipe with TONS of flavor. Fresh veggies, chicken, wildbrine Roasted Garlic Kraut and a ready-made sauce from our friends at Lee Kum Kee come together in a jiffy for a quick, delicious and healthy meal. Experiment with your favorite veggies or wildbrine kraut to make it your own.

INGREDIENTS NEEDED

4 medium chicken breasts, sliced thin
2 Tbsp. olive oil, divided
salt and pepper, to taste
1 bunch green onions, sliced (whites and greens separated)
1 medium red bell pepper, sliced
1 medium zucchini, sliced into rounds
1 small head of broccoli, cut into florets
1 ½ c. Wildbrine Roasted Garlic Kraut
2 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Cooking Soy Sauce
Sesame seeds, for garnish

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cooking Time: 20 minutes

DIRECTIONS

1. Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and saute for about 5 minutes, or until browned and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.

2. Add the remaining tablespoon of oil to the pan along with the whites of the green onions, red bell pepper, zucchini and broccoli. Cook for 4-6 minutes, or until the veggies just barely start to soften. Add in wildbrine Roasted Garlic Kraut and saute for an additional 3 minutes.

3. Add chicken back in and mix in Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Cooking Soy Sauce. Toss until chicken is warmed through. Taste for seasoning and adjust if needed.

4. Divide the kraut stir fry between 4 plates and top with greens of the onions and garnish with sesame seeds. Enjoy!
