1/2 cup Wildbrine Korean Style Kimchi
1/2 cup Ketchup
1/4 cup Water
1 tbsp Maple Syrup
1 tsp Yellow Mustard
An immersion blender, or other blending tool, is recommended for this recipe.
Prep Time: 5 minutes | Cook Time: 30 minutes | Cooling Time: 10 minutes
1) In a small pot over medium heat add all ingredients and mix well.
2) Bring to a simmer and cook for 30 minutes.
3) Cool slightly. Using an immersion blender, blend until smooth.
To use, grill preferred meat, brush with sauce and cook until caramelized. Serve with extra on the side!
