1 c. almonds
1/2 c. raw cashews
1 1/2 c. pitted dates
1/4 c. wildbrine Green Sauerkraut
4-5 Tbsp. cocoa powder
1 Tbsp. cashew butter
1 Tbsp. raw honey
10 minutes
Serves 8
Combine all ingredients in the food processor. Whir until somewhat smooth. Press into 8 x 8 inch baking dish, lined with parchment. Chill until ready to serve.

This recipe is delicious but my ninja blender does not like mixing it. It’s very time consuming and hard to get a good mix. I think it night be because of the sticky dates.

Hi Andrea! We used a food processor but try adding a Tablespoon of water to the mix and see if that fixes the problem.
