Don’t be intimated by homemade dumplings; they’re actually quite easy to make! This recipe uses our Korean Style Kimchi and ingredients from our friends over at Lee Kum Kee. Make it a family or friends assembly line and the work will be done quickly.
25 dumpling wrappers (large)
Small bowl of water
Vegetable oil
1/4 cup water
Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Dipping Soy Sauce, for serving
FILLING:
1 1/2 c. Wildbrine Korean Style Kimchi, finely chopped
8.8 oz. firm tofu, finely chopped
7 oz. mung bean sprouts, parboiled and finely chopped
5 oz. ground pork
1/2 onion, finely chopped
2 Tbsp. chives, finely chopped
1 egg
1 tsp. sea salt
1 tsp. Lee Kum Kee Premium Pure Sesame Oil
1 tsp. Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic

Makes 25 dumplings
1. In a large bowl, add all filling ingredients including Wildbrine Korean Style Kimchi, Lee Kum Kee Premium Pure Sesame Oil, Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic and mix well.
2. Place about a tsp. of filling into the center of the dumpling wrapper. Dip your finger in the water and lightly wet the edge of the dumpling wrapper. Seal the wrapper then place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Repeat until all filling and wrappers have been used.
3. Cook Dumplings: Heat a large saute pan over medium-high heat and add vegetable oil. Add dumplings and cook until the bottom is golden brown, about 2 to 3 mins. Reduce the heat to medium-low. Add the water and cover to steam, about 5 minutes or until all water has evaporated and the filling is cooked.
4. Serve with Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Dipping Soy Sauce and Enjoy!
