2 c. prepared gnocchi, homemade if desired (see link above)
8 oz. wildCREAMERY Dairy-Free Cream Cheese
Sea salt & pepper
3/4 c. wildbrine Korean Style Kimchi
1/4 c. macadamia nuts, chopped and toasted
Fresh cilantro, for garnish
20 minutes
Serves 4
1. Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil. Add the gnocchi and cook for 3-5 minutes, until the dumplings float. Drain.
2. Return to the empty pot and add the cream cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Heat on low and stir until smooth and creamy.
Serve topped with wildbrine Korean Kimchi, chopped macadamia nuts, and fresh cilantro, if desired.
