Our Curtido is a lighter, fresher, tarter coleslaw with spicy Latin American flavor notes. Traditionally, it’s an El Salvadorean condiment and a frequent accompaniment to pupusas, the El Salvadorean national dish. Use it as a side salad, with tacos or burritos, or on top of sandwiches, sausages, and hot dogs. Or better yet, go all in and make your own pupusas! Vegan, gluten-free, and non-GMO certified, we use only raw vegetables and no pasteurization.
