Brinecraft Curtido is a lighter, fresher, tarter coleslaw with spicy Latin American flavor notes. Traditionally, it’s an El Salvadorean condiment and a frequent accompaniment to pupusas, the El Salvadorean national dish.
Use it as you might use cole slaw: as a side salad, on sausages or hot dogs, or as a sandwich topper. Or go for it and make your own pupusas.
Available for a limited time beginning early spring 2022 at select Costco locations in the Northeast, the Southeast, and the Bay Area, you should call ahead to make sure your favorite Costco Club Store is carrying the delightfully delicious Curtido!
